Do we have to finish Part 2 in 1 year OR both part 2 and part 3 in 1 year deadline?

Thanks.

It has been changed. As Oracle says:

"6 months from assignment purchase.
NOTE: BOTH assignment and essay need to be submitted within 6 months of assignment purchase".

I think we should update this info in SCEA FAQ.

Could you post me the detail link about this? I downloaded my Part 2 last early July and is going to send them my design. Does it mean I have to purchase again?

I think one year rule applies to assignments purchased before migration to Pearson VUE however the best way to confirm is an e-mail to Oracle:)

**Beginning June 1, candidates will have 6 months in which to complete and submit their assignments, and complete their essays. This change will facilitate future improvements in assignment updates. The deadline change does NOT affect candidates who purchased their assignments prior to June 1, these REMAIN a 1-year deadline.

Sorry, the link is not working because they have PLEASE in url.

If the abbreviation occurs within code, you can use code tags to post it successfully.

The specific error message is: "***" is a silly English abbreviation; use "please" instead.

Note that the FAQ pages are hosted in a wiki. If you can post in these forums then you can edit the wiki.

Please use ubb tags, as they will:
  • avoid the problem with abbreviations
  • result in shorter URLs

  • For example: the link you provided is (I think) the OCP SCEA Assignment details page. (Note that this link has the abbreviation in it).
