If I have a framework which has only axis2's jar files in its lib folder , how can I engage the Rampart module with only the axis2 jar files?( what I mean to say id there is no separate folder for axis2 ,with all its sub folders)

You can't use Rampart without its jar files being in the classpath somehow.

Please Can you elaborate ...?

Just mentioning it again :
Let's say I have my axis2's jar files in the library folder of my framework
frameworkName\library\

It contains only the jar files of axis 2 and few other jar files of the framework. Its does not have the modules folder or webapps folder and etc

Can I set the axis path to the above path?

Also, if I want to add rampart module can I do it by putting the jar files of rampart into the above path?

But If so I was wondering about the modules.Where should I place them?

The directory doesn't matter, but the jar files must be in the classpath. The directory the modules are in can be configured through some property; it should be mentioned somewhere in the documentation.
