I have a question to ask

when i write simple program in Java file having following statement

and run it using JAVAC:

It does not create bytecode, and throw error.

Using Netbeans and Same program:
It will Show output with RunTimeException:

Output :

1) Is Netbeans forcefully generating bytecode?
2) Why it is forcefully Generating bytecode? is this best approach by netbeans?

Kindly Explain thank you

No. If your program fails to compile, NetBeans just runs the last successfully compiled version.

You can disable this by going to the project properties and disabling "Compile on save" under Build>Compile.
