Hey all I am totally confused with the offers I got and on how to select the company.
Finally I prefferd to choose either [removed] or [removed]..

[removed] Position: Senior softare engineer salary fine.
Kind of work is more on the technical competency group(TEG) where in we will not be put into any of the projects
and has to study the latest technologies and if any of the project need to implement that we need to guide them.
No onsites

[removed]: Senior softare engineer Less salary
Java with webservices (preferably Development)
Though less salary I want to make my career into Java development rather than support. Down the line may be
after 1/2 yrs Onsite may be..

[removed]:Position: Senior softare engineer Good salary.
SSO Siteminder SupporBut its on support so thinking that I will loose track on Java(hands on prjcts).

So choosing [removed] will be best right??If I want Java rather then [removed]??

Awaiting for suggestion

Naming specific companies is not allowed. The company names have been removed.
So you made a portal in time and started grabbing people. This tiny ad thinks that's rude:
