EJB: The requested URL could not be retrieved

While running an EJB Project I am getting the below error. My system is not able to run any JSP or HTML file, not able to figure out the problem. This is an running application of other system...Please help me out.

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: localhost/HelloWeb/index.jsp 

The following error was encountered: 

Request Timeout 
The system returned: 

     
A Timeout occurred while waiting to read data from the network. The network or server may be down or congested. Please retry your request.

I guess you are using the url http://localhost/HelloWeb/index.jsp to hit the application. correct ? If so try to add the port number where your application server is running after the localhost. "localhost:7001" .

where i can find out the port number detail..? I am using glassfish here..

Try with the port # 4848

it's not working..even when I tried to open glassfish's admin console

it is showing below error::

What is the URL you tried to open the Admin console ? It appears you have just tried http://localhost .

meant to say nothing is running from my workspace
