Hi,

I am looking for some tools that can help with UI customization.
I am looking for support like Tables, paginations,CSS,widgets and so on.
I would like to have a tool that can be used by a business user and not necessarily a developer.
I would be a great help to know some of the tools to start with so that I get a starting point to begin my research for such tools.

Regards
Preet

Getting the name of one or more tool would help me start my research for these tools.
These need not be open source, because I am ready to buy the lincenses as well.

Regards
Preet

You are talking about Swing UI or web UI?
