Welcome to the Ranch , Evgeniy Shubin.

Please provide a website and company e-mail; many people are suspicious about sending CVs/resumes or other personal data to a private e-mail address.

While starting a career as a freelancer you should keep in mind that you are going to compete international market so be patent and try again and again ; never said you are ready to work for free because serious employer don't want a free contractors ; never ask high amount than market be moderate and if you are ambitious visit a couple of websites thrice a day at least for bidding , when ever you complete your first job and got some review there will be a lot of jobs onwards waiting for you
