Hi Rd Dari,

The term "Javabean" in Java world is overused.

Practically there can be 2 main contexts the term "Java Bean" can be used
1. Normal Java bean is a POJO that has public getter and setter with public no arg constructor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JavaBean)
2. An EJB or Enterprise Java bean is totally different from the former and its mainly used in business component development (like JNDI lookup etc)

I dont know which specific thing you are looking at.

", can we make project without using it."

The answer is "it depends" Nothing is mandatory and its all based on your requirements that you choose a thing or leaving it.

Hope its clear

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
