Now i am pursuing B.Tech (Comp. Science ) final year in INDIA and since i like JAVA , i am preparing for OCPJP (se 6) . It seems that OCPJP for SE 7 is going to be released in future. If i do OCPJP for SE 6 ( it takes another 6 months to complete preparation and to get ready for exam ) , is it good or not ?

Please give your valuable suggestion for my career ...........

In my opinion there would be not much changes between SCJP 6 and SCJP 7 (when ever that is released). The changes would be slightly in Exception handling (java 7 introduces new construct and a new API in Throwable class) otherwise I dont see any major changes. So you preparation for SCJP 6 would still be valid for SCJP 7.
I dont know when SCJP 7 would be released, but if its sometime around when you are appearing for SCJP 6, then you might wait- learn few things which might have been introduced in SCJP 7 and then appear for the latest version of exam.

more importantly it will help you to understand the core java concept in details which will improve your prospect of performing better on technical java interview .
