One of the most creative companies in London is looking for some talented Java developers to drive new technical projects forward.

Working as part of this award winning digital agency, you will have the chance to work on highly creative cutting edge projects including Spring, Hibernate and some of the latest Java technologies.

They have a superb culture and working environment, including regular social events combined with an emphasis for quality in all that they do.

The requirement is for developers who have a true passion for technology and software engineering, aspiring software craftsman and believe in test driven development (TDD), though they are happy to train candidates that show interest in this area. You must have experience with Java (1.5 or later) and have previous experience working on web applications. Ideally your technology portfolio will also include Spring and Hibernate. The company is especially keen on candidates that have experience working on personal projects or open source software in their spare time as many of their current developers do.

The role is based in Central London, paying 45-52k and will include a good benefits package.
