image and multiple form actions

I have a search form, which is common input form for 3 different Action classes. I have 3 images instead of submit buttons which needs to submit to the corresponding action class. I can use "onclick" attribute for this. But i want to know if there is anything i can do using "html:image" tag to achieve this without "onclick".

Due to specific requirements i cannot use DispatchAction in the application.

I have not tried this personally, but there is an ImageButtonBean object that you might try using.
