I'm currently building a project which uses Spring 2.5 and I would consider migrating to Spring 3.0.x. Would your book help me with that? I've read the Spring reference documentation and I guess since Spring 3.x, everything is modularized which I feel is a good move. Does your book point out the differences in older Spring versions and the newer versions when necessary?

Where I feel it is appropriate to point out the differences between Spring 3.0 and older versions, I do so. But at the same time, I can't say I did that in all cases...in some cases I'd rather not even look back at the old way. Spring MVC, for instance is *dramatically* different in Spring 2.5 and newer than it was in Spring 2.0 or older. So I barely touch on the differences and instead focus on what things are like now.
