1) You have been part of all the previous editions of the Spring in action books-is there any sections where it's being mentioned about the progressions of Spring framework in terms of versions - in version 2.0 - this was there and in 3.0-it has been modified?
2) I have 2nd edition of this book-what's new in this one?
3) I am working in a project - heavy in messaging and batch framework. How in-depth coverage on these topics in this books?
4) We tried comparison between Spring message driven POJOs and MDBs...not very happy with the performance of Spring MD POJOs-any performance related tips?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
