How to maintain session for 20 to 30 mimutes

Can any one suggest maintining session for 20 to 30 minutes using code not in XML.

Why do you want to set the session time out in the JSP?

It should be set in your application server.

If you don't want to set session timeout in web.xml, you can set session timeout in your HttpSessionListener using the session.setMaxInactiveInterval() method, however, setting in web.xml is preferable.
