Im looking to create an application that would allow the end user of the application the abililty to create their own text boxes on the screen. Basically it would need to load an image file, say png. ( which I have already working). Then give the user the ability to create a text box over the image by dragging with their fingers ( sort of like how some apps crop functions work, just I would need it to create a text box).

any help with this would be great! and appreciated!!! ( or simply telling me I am out of my mind for even thinking this can be done! lol
