Struts 1.3.5 DTD error

Hi All,
I downloaded the latest Struts 1.3.5. I set up the struts-blank project from apache struts website. Now when I open struts-config.xml in WSAD , I see these lines meant for Struts 1.3.5.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>

<!DOCTYPE struts-config PUBLIC
"-//Apache Software Foundation//DTD Struts Configuration 1.3//EN"
"http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_3.dtd">

The problem is , WSAD throws error saying "Unable to connect host struts.apache.org".

I tried changing DTD to 1.1 and it works fine but for struts 1.2 DTD and Struts 1.3 DTD are throwing error. I made sure there is no typo.

The Struts tooling in WSAD is designed around Struts 1.1. That's the reason you see errors for other versions. These errors do not affect the ability of later versions of struts to run successfully in the WebSphere Test Environment in WSAD, or when deployed to a server. Just ignore the errors.
