work of RequestProcessor in Struts

Hi All,
Pls tell me the exact work of RequestProcessor? Is't for each request is handled by one RequestProcessor Object.when the ActionServelet call the RequestProcessor process() method? :roll:

RequestProcessor is a multi-threaded object. There is only one RequestProcessor instance per module. The RequestProcessor is the object that does most of the work in Struts, and is the object you will most likely need to extend if you need to change the behavior of Struts.
