Sumedha,

Please log in to oracle cert view. You can check your status under certification status --> Success Kit Status. There are mail ids provided if you want to contact them.

Sumedha,
I have mailed them at suncert_ww@oracle.com with all the details. Below is the reply that I have got from them.

Thank you for confirming your address.
We have requested a reshipment of your Oracle Certified Expert, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 6 JavaServer Pages and Servlet Developer certificate to the address which you verified. You should allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery
Please feel free to email us with your questions and concerns at suncert_ww@oracle.com, include your Testing ID in all your mails so that we may assist you with your request at the earliest.
Regards,
OCP Team

So I have to wait for another 4 weeks. You are lucky you got your SCJP certificate in time. Ever for that I had to go through all this.

hello guys i have sucessfully cleared my scja exam 1z0-850 with 96%.
I am stuck on one place , i dont know how to apply in order to receive the certification kit.I appeared for exam on 13th aug 2012 and today 28th aug 2012 i got time to apply for receiving the sucessful certification kit
Please guide me. I have already followed all the steps given in my temporary exam score report.
But i am not able to verify it in the certview.oracle.com i have already used 3 which resulted in invalid please help me anyone ASAP. Now they are saying that it will be done manually.I have mailed them numerous time and they have even replied number of times but still the problem exists. In my certview it says that they have sent my certificate to manual verification as i have already used my all three attemps.no customer service no. is replying my calls. What should i do?Please help me this is my 1st certification from oracle.
