How to fetch the selected list from the rich:ordering list component

Hi All,
I have the below code :

 <rich:orderingList id="myList" value="#{newReport.availableList}" var="lib" listHeight="300" listWidth="380" 
					 selection="#{newReport.selectedList}">
.
.
.
</rich:orderingList>

How can I get the selected list in my bean, its coming as 0 , in the getIsSelected();
