Hey Guys,

I have an issue involving multiple war files. When I make a change to the registry for a variable used in one ware the second war isn't picking it up... would it be possible to put a listener in the second war file so that when I change the registry it would see the change and pick up the new variable?

I'm sorry, I still don't understand. You're putting something in the Windows registry for a variable in a WAR file?

Actually I don't understand the concept of a variable in a WAR file. Perhaps you could step back a bit and tell us the context of this question.

How do you expect your code to work on *nix or MacOS if you put your variable in the registry?

Fred, it's possible that John is using the Preferences classes. But of course that's just a guess because we haven't been given any details at all yet.
