Hi,

I am using an XML Stream Reader (a beginner) and having a little trouble.

When my method (below) parses this fragment from my xml document it returns the string: Getting it right: modeling of pH solvent and
(there aren't actually spaces in between the & and q, I just put them there so the post wouldn't show quotations)

Whenever it comes across an entity reference it just truncates the rest of the line.

Thanks!

Don't expect a text node to always be returned as a single piece of text. The parser is allowed to split it and return it in more than one piece. You have just encountered one reason why it might want to do that.
