I recently got an offer to join <company name removed>. I have a question for past and/or present employees of <company name removed> about the CTC breakup. For instance i have around 10,000 rs per month allocated under FBP which i am a little skeptical about. I spoke to the HR who patiently explained that it is just to save tax and i will be getting the amount every month. From past experiences i am aware to do a check before hand to confirm this. So kindly let me know if what the HR says is indeed true?
