I am good at swings, can i use swings to make mobile apps......if yes, please help me how???

Swing is a proper noun.

For most mobile devices, Swing is not available. Mostly it's Java ME or Android.

Thanks for correction......I would like to know if "Java ME or Android." will be similar to swing or again i have learn new thing from the beginning....
