This week's book giveaway is in the Testing forum. We're giving away four copies of The Way of the Web Tester: A Beginner's Guide to Automating Tests and have Jonathan Rasmusson on-line! See this thread for details.
I have a Entity Bean and a Session Bean. In the Entity Bean I have defined a ejbHomeGetAllKeys method and in the EntityLocalHome I have declared the getAllKeys method. According to my understanding whenever I call the getAllKeys method of the Home, it should invoke the ejbHomeGetAllKeys defined in the Bean. I am getting a AbstractMethodError Instead.
Error: Caused by: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: EntityLocalHome.getAllKeys()Ljava/util/Collection;
SessionBean.java: The Session Bean which calls Entity Bean Home method
It is not calling the ejbHomeGetAllKeys method of the bean, instead trying to call the getAllKeys defined in the interface EntityLocalHome, hence getting a AbtractMethodError.
I guess there is something which I am missing in this code, please help me fix this. Thanks in advance.
