In using a 2-column layout, how do I specify/style a variable width for the main (right-side) content column?

I also need a fixed length for the left div.

Thanks in advance

Mike

What exactly did you mean by a variable width of the column?
If you are trying to configure the same column with different widths under two separate conditions, then you can have two separate css styles and use the conditional style setting for the table element's style in the HTML.

I'm assuming by variable you mean it resizes as the window resizes? Going to take a shot and say have a container with width set to percentage and have the left div inside set to an absolute value (leaving the right to adjust dynamically). Is that similar to what you're looking for?
