It complies and runs fine. It gives me back 2 dice values. I am trying to go forward by making it into a craps game.
This is what I have so far and I am lost as how to go forward

Welcome to the Ranch!!! We're glad you're here, but I don't think you'll get much help with your post, as is.

Does this compile? Does it run? does it not do what you expect? What do you expect it to do?

We really can't help you unless you ask a focused question. Nobody here knows what you want your program to do, so how are we supposed to help you get it to do that?

You may want to search for our HowToAskQuestions FAQ - I'm late for a meeting, else I'd link to it...

Put away the keyboard and write down with a pencil on a piece of paper how a craps game flows. It starts with, "The player gets two dice." Then what happens? After you've written out all of the possible events of a craps game from start to finish, you're ready to start programming it. From your piece of paper it should be fairly obvious what to do next . . . and next . . . and . . .

Written by someone who has never played craps. There is a LOT that happens in a craps game before anyone gets any dice. You have up to 16 people all making any or all of about 2 dozen different kinds of bets.

You're right, I'm not a gambler. What I know about craps I learned from the movies, though it seems the betting continues almost up to the point that the dice are thrown.

But to Fred's point, find the rules for craps on the internet and use that as a "script" or guide for what happens in your program.
