I am leaving this company anyway as soon as the economy is better and 'resume wise' it's acceptable. Meanwhile I just try to do my job as good as I can and learn as much as I can. I've given up on this job, the people don't work like I do, they like things I don't and the other way around. I should just leave without career damage, that's all. But technically I manage here, don't worry!
