In the Problems view, which shows the list of errors and warnings that FindBugs and other Eclipse tools have found in your code, you can select all the rows and copy them, and then paste into an Excel sheet.
Unfortunately I don't know how you can export or import the FindBugs settings in Eclipse. The preferences window (Windows / Preferences /
Java / FindBugs) doesn't seem to have a way to export or import the FindBugs configuration.
