this is a quote from Oracle cert view site:
Why does my certification not show up here?
You have not allowed 48 hours for your certification to show up here
Please allow 48 hours for your exam records to be transferred from Person VUE into the CertView Database.
You have not completed all of the requirements for the certification exam track
Visit certification.oracle.com and select your certification path to view remaining requirements
Note that completion of the required training and approval of the course submission form are also required in paths that require training
Your exams were taken under different Oracle Testing IDs
Contact www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/contact to merge your IDs (provide all IDs under which you have taken exams or submitted forms and confirm which ID should be the 'surviving id')
Check certview.oracle.com to confirm when IDs are merged and all requirements show up under one record
You can expect to receive your certification success kit within 6-8 weeks of the time your certification shows up in CertView
If you have allowed 48 hours, all of your requirements are completed, and your exams were taken under the same ID, please contact Oracle Certification Support for assistance.
I would advise you to write directly to Oracle Certification Support, as mentioned above.
* Oracle Testing ID to merge away: what input here
* Oracle Testing ID to keep: what input here
Oracle Testing ID to keep: this will be your ID that you will be using from now on (active)
I have never done such merge, so I cannot confirm exactly how it is done but I suppose that it is better to destroy the account that has no information about your exams. e.g. if you have one account that includes all your exams and another that has no info at all then destroy the empty account and keep the one that is full. But if you have 2 account that both have partial information then I suppose it doesn't matter.
The bottom line is that you have to remember which account/Oracle ID are you killing and which keeping alive.
