So you have an image on the device, and you want to write code that creates a thumbnail for that image and stores it on the device? If it seems I'm just guessing - I am, because your short posts don't go into any level of detail, certainly not enough to help you properly. It would also help if you explained what "module" refers to in this context.

I am new to this mobile technology.we are using Android with Titanium Framework.My task is Image Processing in Mobiles.This Image Processing contains 6 methods like imageAsResized(),imageAsThumbnail(),imageAsCropped(),imageWithAlpha(),imageWithTransparentBorder(),imageWithRoundedCorners().How to develop these methods using Custom modules?

I don't think anyone will be able to help until you tell us what a "custom module" is. It's not a term that has a generally-agreed-upon meaning in the Android world.
