I am having 4.5 years of experience in Java/J2EE. I am having gaps 3 to 4 months in each Job.I resign job and after taking rest i look for a new Job.
I am doing something Bad? Will this gaps will hamper my career?

I do not think that should be a problem, as long as you can convince prospective employer about it. Way I look at things I would prefer a candidate who is fresh after a break than one who is coming in all burnt and stressed out.
