A quote from the email to state that one has passed the Oracle Certified Master :
"Passing grades do not receive a score, just the pass. A failing grade will receive section level scoring so that a candidate may isolate the area of failure and resubmit their assignment. Numeric scores are only provided on failures."

Now because there is a major difference between passing with the absolute minimum score and the maximum score.
I would like to know if it is, in any way, possible to acquire the report stating the scores related to the exam?

The difference, especially after the introduction of minimum section scores, is not really so big. I bet you can pass only if you make minor mistakes, or not spend enough time to polish everything up, but not if your solution was substantially wrong.
i can understand it would be nice to know that you have achieved really good result, but look at this in such way - those guys who check it are only humans, and cannot provide 100% objective assessment of your skills, at least not in such a short project. So it is quite possible to have situation when someone passed with 70% and is still more competent than some other person who got 100% (maybe because he just didn't have so much time for the exam, and did it quickly, and another person spent a year on the project, as some people here do).
If anything, more comparable to me are points from part I, as all the people have the same circumstances, but I still wouldn't dare to say that someone has better knowledge than somebody else just judging from the % he/she got on the exam.
