I've just done a K&B CD mock exam and, as usual, I was out of time by far. It is true that I'm not ready yet, but even with more training I'm not sure I can answer every question in 2.5 minutes. By now I'm mostly having trouble with questions with long source code, like threading ones.

What are your advices for the exam? For instance, is it possible in the exam to "mark" a question, so that in the end a report is presented and I can review the marked ones?

Also, what tools do you recommend to practice in mock exams? (online timers, alarms, etc). Do you know of any online free mock exam with total or partial timers?
