i m a java programmer, what is the use of java in iphone development , if use of java is possible in iphone development then how it is use and where is use?
of it is possible to develop ipone development at windows machine???

iPhone development is done with Objective-C. There is no Java on iPhone. It requires XCode and Objective-c development on a Mac only.

This answer is a bit outdated by now. There are several solutions:
Codename One (ours)
XMLVM
RoboVM
J2ObjC (mostly for libraries)
Avian

That doesn't include the HTML/JavaScript based solutions.
