my tomcat user cannot execute and write a file .
how set tomcat user the owner of this file ?
how set tomcat user the member of group 'nobody' ?

please help me !

That depends on the OS you're using. I don't think that Windows has a "nobody" user, though, so I'll give information for Unix/Linux.

On the Unix and Unix-like OS's, you can change the owner/group using the "chown" system command. However, rather than running as "nobody", you should create a user/group specifically for Tomcat.

For more detailed information, I recommend that you ask in the Unix/Linux forum, since there are more people there that are expert in such matters.
