I can refer to the API docs here http://developer.android.com/reference/packages.html
Is there any way I can download them like the Java API docs? I cannot find any download like, nor are they present on my Android SDK setup.

That sounds odd. Did you download the documentation package from with in the "android" tool? I think that may be separate from the actual SDK and tool packages.

Um.. Looks like there is a miscommunication.
I haven't downloaded the documentation package, because I can't figure out where to download it from.

I got the SDK and the ADT eclipse plugin download, configured and tested properly.

Ok. Looks like I am being daft as always.
I went to Eclipse->Window->Android SKD & AVD Manager->Available Packages->Android Repository->Documentation for Android SDK.
Downloading it.

Update: Yes. This was the one.
