my phone was not taken to development

I buy a new android phone.I don't publish the brand.Anyway i plug it to compter & run the app.but it doesn't ask to run using phone.It always talk emulater.
I have already enable debug mode.

Is there a question somewhere in there? If so, I think we'd need a lot more detail, like what "it" is, what "talk emulater" means, and what "run using phone" means. And, most importantly, what exactly you're trying to do, and how exactly you're failing to accomplish that.
