Well the exception is pretty self explanatory.
To find the open ports, use netstat -a

i have done that but not any of the ports that i have used in in the netstat -a output
so what should i do now ?
i have tried many different ports like 5000 , 5025 , 8000 etc but i m keep IDE is keep showing me this exception ,
i had even restarted my pc twice to solve this problem but it didnt work
i m saying you that till last night this ports are working fine
but from today i m getting this exception
they exception is not strange its preety simple but logically it is strange for me because this above said ports are free and i can use them for my networking app in java
