Without knowing what you plan to do with the computer (play World of Warcraft, code, etc), all suggestions would be meaningless. Of course this is MD.

All those things will run fine on that computer.

For Linux, it's always best to check if the hardware that you intend to use is properly supported, but I think it will be fine. You chose an NVIDIA graphics card, that's the best choice for Linux in my opinion (their drivers still seem to be better than ATI's Linux drivers).

have you considered an AMD processor? They have a new 8 core that is very cost competitive. They don't have a top end CPU that keeps up with Intel's best, but their bang for the buck is very impressive.

Thanks to All for reply & suggestions
@Pat
Whatever I now about AMD processors are sensitive to temperature they can fail on high temperature but Intel processor can work on high temperature. Except temperature consideration I think AMD processors are good.
Please let me clear about above things.

@Jesper
I found two motherboard models
Between DP67BA & DH67CL the only difference is DP67BA do not have integrated graphics.
Is on board integrated graphics of DH67CL affect performance on PC? Still I want to use GeForce GT 220 GPU DDR3 1 GB PCIe 2.0 x16 on DH67CL.
I think ATX 12V SMPS Power Supply requirement would be 650W - 800W Am I correct?

All processors will fail if overheated. A good cooler is a must. I've never had any issues with the AMDs in my system. Usually, you can get a much faster or more core CPU from AMD than Intel for a cheaper price, and you can then spend an extra $10 on a better cooler.

@Pat
Which type of cooler should I select. Is there any article related to that which will give information on selecting cooler.
Also I will search on Google for that but let me know if you know specific.

There are lots of good coolers. Zalman is a popular brand. Amazon has tons: http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=11036281
I use Tom's Hardware reviews http://www.tomshardware.com/
