Hey, I got my personal record down from 32:14, March, to 30:26, June, to 29.04 now.



Ok, it's not a world record time, I am not going to London yet, but I am 46 and it's a 5 km run including 2 hills in it. It gets me over my midlife crisis for day.

I told the guys in the office, but they asked if you have to run 5km, why don't you take a taxi?

We don't have much common interests in this area.
