You can include email@example.com as well in your emails. You can call up their customer care and get it escalated through them. This is what I did when they sent me the wrong voucher #. I was in touch with a customer care professional who approached OCP team on my behalf with the problem I had.

Also, in the mail they say, they are working on priority, but I don't know what priority they follow, I think it should be LIFO (Last in First Out). Those you completed Essay just one month ago are getting results quickly, but those who uploaded in June, July are still waiting for results.
