One of my friend with 6+ experince has been offered a job in Company XYZ.
Should he join the company as we have been reading lot of bad reviews about the comapany
+
how much should he ask for 7 being his current pacakage

Could you be more specifically please? These bad reviews could be very unreliable, because a for a lazy person the hard-working environment in the company can also be a down-side ...so what I'm saying, it depends on the person which is good and which is bad, this is why it would be better to just specify some of them, and then we can come-up with an opinion Cheers!

Well, I don't instigate him to burry the company, but at least give us some clues about those bad reviews. As I said, something 'bad' for someone can be 'good' for someone else .
