Hi everybody,
today I've received letter from Oracle saying that I've passed SCEA, with printed certificate and plastic card. However, after checking CertView it says that I've failed part 2 and part 3 is 'TAKEN'. And now, I'm confused - am I OCM or not (I certainly have a certificate, but am I entitled to use it?)?
I also checked the letter date - it was sent on 4'th October, while I took essay part on 29'th, which seems a bit too fast to grade my exam.

Any ideas? Have anybody had similar situation? I also wrote to Oracle, still waiting for reply.

Regards, Jakub Derda

check whether you can see your certification in oracle's certview page. If you could able to see there and can able to publish it to yourself (in your personal mail) then I think you can use your certification.

Hi Jakub,

I would recommend logging onto the Pearson Vue website.

After I logged onto Certview and saw my status as "PASSED" for Part 2 and "TAKEN" for Part 3, I logged onto Pearson Vue and viewed my Exam History.

http://www.vue.com/oracle/

Click on "My Account", and enter your credentials. Once you're logged in, go to "Exam History". You should have a link to View Score Report. For Part 2, it was a blank document, up until I had passed (got the email from Oracle). Then I viewed this PDF, and it had:

Your Score: X
Passing Score: 114
Result: Pass

Good luck, hope this helps.

Thanks,

Philip

You can assume, that you have passed, but just to confirm, you might want to check, certview site : https://certview.oracle.com to confirm it.

But I would say, you have passed.

Congrats!!!
