Whoa... that's not the same question! The question discussed over there has 0% for answer (C) which makes my answer wrong. Or at least not right. The question here has 60% for answer (C) which allows my answer to be right. Or at least not wrong.

I'd say 0% is definitely correct for the above version of the question. It's only when 0% is listed as a possible answer that it invalidates itself as a correct answer. When it's not listed, it's absolutely correct.
