Thank you to all of you for your responses.

I have another question. I am the only person writting this program in the office. I can not count on any one to test or try to break my program for quality assurrance purposes. What do programmers do in situations like that to test their programs?

Your question, in its current form is a bit ambiguous. You might want to provide more context.
Also, it would be more suitable on the Testing forum (instead of the Swing/AWT/SWT/JFace forum) Moving...

In other words,

Usyally in a company there is a quality assurance group that testes the software to look for possible bugs. These pople have tools to do that. I am the only person doing programming in my office where there is not a quality assurance group. Are there any tools I can use to test the software myself?

Create tons of tests where you try to hacker yourself! ^o^

And, if it is possible, ask for a friend to test it.
