Here: http://www.coderanch.com/t/557924/Servlets/java/Requested-resource-not-available-Tomcat

I assure you, I posted my answer after the question :-) But I think DST ends today in the US (like, right now); maybe it's related to that.

Looks like this page also suffers from that: http://www.coderanch.com/forums/recentTopics/list/. This very thread is listed below another one I posted to earlier (Web Services - SOAP concept a bit confusing).

Last night, we changed our clocks in the United States (where the server lives.) This means that the hour from 1-2am occurred twice. The second time, posts could appear to be "in the future." For example, if you posted at 1:55 the first time and looked at it 10 minutes later, it would then be 1:05. The times in that thread look linear now which implies the problem corrects itself once that second hour is over.

I do vaguely recall seeing this when coding the feature. But for something unimportant that only happens for an hour year, it wasn't high on my list of worries.

I retract my comment. I thought you were saying that the post time was wrong. The posts being physically out of order is a much worse bug!

Just as an update: the bug did indeed have something to do with turning the clocks back from DST, and before this year's occurrence it has been fixed. So it should not happen again.
