i havent asked my brother for money for 4 years, but i might have to this winter. my question is this. before, he sent me money western union by wire. this costs a fair amount. now i will have an address where he can send it by mail($.50 or so). how can i cash said money order? i have valid ID but no bank account.

When I have received a Western Union money order, all I had to do was go to the local WU agent, and show the paper. They checked my ID and gave me the cash. No muss, no fuss.
