How it got in my pajamas, I'll never know. Nor do I know how it got in my back yard.

They can jump amazingly high. How tall is your fence?

So this was taken after you got him out of the pajamas?

not an easy question...We have about 4 different fence types around our yard, as our property borders 6 others, and it was all done at different times. So the answer is anywhere from 0' to 7'.

I can't tell you the number of people who don't get the reference. It makes me sad. I would bet that you do, though.

Badumchish.

(My wife is the queen of sentences so long you end up having deer in pajamas. Then you (read: I) end getting called impolite names for asking questions like yours.)

Oh, a reference, you say. Didn't realize I stepped into one of those. Anyone want to clue in this sadness-causer?

and how he (the elephant) got in my pajamas I'll never know...

Of course all of this occurred the day after I saw the grand canyon flying to New York...

There was an admin at my work (now retired) who wrote mass emails with stuff like that all the time.

On Wednesday the second parking lot going north on Main Street will be closed for repainting of lines. Park in the first lot going north.
A pair of ladies' sunglasses was found outside the building by the mailbox. [Lose something? Ask the mailbox for help. It's good at finding things.]
A bulletin board has been installed for pictures of employees' children in the supply room by the copy machine.

This letter needs to be mailed!

This parrot is no more. It has ceased to be. Now it's a tiny ad:
