I am a Pune (India) based programmer with almost 12 years software development experience and I have been working exclusively with product based (Java/JEE) companies for last 8+ years for US & UK clients. I have had a good exposure to Java based technologies (Struts+Velocity/Spring+Alfresco framework) and have been working on some Android apps for last 1 year. I am quite comfortable with JS/JQuery/HTML5 as well. I am fascinated by python/ruby and though I have no exposure to either technologies, I would love to work on either of them if someone is willing to offer me a chance.

I also have excellent verbal & written communication skills and can handle client communication if needed. I am open to mentoring junior programmers technically, but not keen on managerial role.

I am in the process of sorting out things for my own venture and may take me up to 2 years to work it out. Meanwhile, I am exploring opportunities to work part-time in organizations where my skills could be utilized and where I can learn & grow further. I can put in 25 to 30 hrs in a week. If needed, I can come to the office for full day twice a week and can put in 4 hrs/day for other 3 days in a week. However, I cannot come to the office every day. I can commit for 6 months to 1 year if there is a suitable offer. I am open to remote work and have done such assignments successfully in the past.

Please get in touch with me via PM if you have an opportunity to match my skills/time availability. I will send you my e-mail & detailed profile if we mutually decide to proceed further.

Thanks & regards,
- Manish
