hi all,

I am MCA fresher have sound knowledge of core java concepts, servlet and jsp. To increase the job chances i am learning advance technologies like Spring and Struts. After that i'll be looking for a entry level job

My query is what the employer expect from fresher as far as the exposure of these technologies is considered.
Do they expect me to have done some project using the Spring or Struts. or should i just lean these technologies , of course with some practical knowledge. , and prepare for interview ?

I'll appreciate any opinion.

Regards
naveen
